Am I the only one out there that’s still confused about the actual year we’re in?
I often find myself in a daze, spending a couple of minutes thinking about whether it’s “2015”. . .no wait maybe it’s 2017. But then where did 2016 go? Did I spend it in a caffeinated buzz from all the matcha tea I had been sucking down & completely miss it? No. . .wait. . .I think it is 2016. Yes, it is 2016.
Now that we’ve got that straight, I thought I would gather up my 10 most viewed recipes & put them in one place for you because I think that making each & every one of these beauties should be priority #1 on your New Year’s resolution list. Wouldn’t you agree?
Besides, from this list it is pretty clear that you guys don’t really care about counting calories but rather place a high level of importance on enjoying all the indulgences life has to offer.

What’s a girl to do when she has squishy bananas, blueberries begging to be used and an overstuffed pantry? She makes Banana, Blueberry, Coconut Bread, a moist and flavorful treat that is perfect for breakfast, dessert or those times when you are craving a little something sweet. You can easily serve this straight up or you can jazz it up, like I did, with a sweetened blueberry puree and a crown of fresh blueberries.
Personally I think the extra 10 minutes to make the glaze is well worth it, but then again I am enamored with the contrast of the rich purple hue as it drapes elegantly down the sides of the toasty brown cake.
