I know, I know. A day late and a dollar short. But I just returned from Morocco and it seems that jet lag has put a big honking speed bump into my daily life. And what gives with Easter being so early this year, anyway?
Regardless, Easter wouldn’t be Easter without some pip, pip-etty pip Peeps. And these Peeps are too cute not to share. . .even if they are a day late. Besides, just because I fashioned these homemade boozy marshmallows into the cutest little bunnies and chicks doesn’t mean you can’t pipe these little yummies into flower, frog or other spring-inspired molds. Heck! These would even taste superb cut into squares and used to kick your adult Smores up a notch.
